Yes. Both new and reconditioned timber units can be heat-treated on-site at our facility to meet ISPM 15 standards. This process raises the core temperature of the timber to 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes to eliminate pests. This allows your freight to clear international customs smoothly.

Can we combine a pallet delivery with a pallet collection service?

Yes. We frequently offer dual-purpose transport runs for our commercial clients. Our delivery fleet can bring a fresh supply of new pallets or reconditioned pallets directly to your loading bay and immediately load your surplus or damaged timber for return to our yard, keeping your operations organized in a single efficient transaction.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Grade A (or Stamped) units have undergone minor repairs and feature clean, light-colored timber that closely resembles new units. Grade B units have experienced more extensive repairs, such as companion runners or block replacements, and show darker, weathered timber. Both grades offer identical structural integrity and weight capacities, but Grade A is often preferred for clean-room or food-grade storage environments.
